Different kinds of evidence
Buying checklists explain what to consider. Specification research summarises attributed product details. A hands-on review should state its testing basis. We do not treat these as interchangeable.
Sources and updates
Product and editorial records can include source links and update information. Read the source notes and confirm time-sensitive details with the merchant. An article update date does not guarantee every linked price remains current.
Prices and promotions
Recorded catalogue prices are not live checkout guarantees. Promotion eligibility can depend on dates, products, customers, channels and payment methods. Expired terms should not be represented as a new active offer.
Ratings, placements and verification
Ratings should be identified by their source. No score should be invented to fill a missing field. Featured placement or payment does not automatically establish verified status.
Corrections
If information needs correction, use the published support contact when available and include the affected page and source. Do not include passwords, OTPs or payment credentials.
